An Engineering Delivery Model for Cloud-Based Intelligent Computing Infrastructure
With the rapid advancement of new-quality productivity and artificial intelligence technologies, cloud computing has emerged as a critical enabler for intelligent transformation across various industries. This paper explores the evolving trends in intelligent computing infrastructure delivery services and proposes a cloud-based engineering delivery model for intelligent computing infrastructure. The model is designed to assess the full-stack technical service capabilities of cloud management service providers in delivering large-scale model engineering projects, specifically under scenarios involving 100card, 1,000-card, and 10,000-card intelligent computing clusters. The accuracy and generalizability of the model are validated through extensive enterprise data analysis. Furthermore, this paper examines the future development trajectory of intelligent computing infrastructure delivery services from five key perspectives: standardization and ecosystem collaboration, intelligent operation and maintenance with automated delivery, green computing and sustainable development, edge computing and distributed intelligent computing, and security and trusted delivery. These advancements are expected to foster the synergistic integration of cloud computing and AI technologies, thereby accelerating the intelligent transformation of diverse industries.
