A Methodological Model for Evaluating the Maturity of Industry Cloud Construction and Operation

Traditional industries accelerate digital transformation, cloud computing continues to penetrate into traditional industries such as transportation, energy, manufacturing, etc., and cloud platforms with industry attributes are receiving attention. From the industry cloud platform development background, the enterprise cloud computing transformation strategy concept is transitioning from construction management to operation management, private cloud, public cloud, proprietary cloud or hybrid cloud deployment model, has not been able to meet the type of group leading enterprise IT infrastructure operation and management needs, the industry cloud platform model came into being. At present, the industry cloud platform model is still in the early stage of development, and needs to be explored and perfected in terms of construction path, operation and management, talent technology, and standardization. This paper researches and analyzes the current situation and trend of industry cloud platform development, proposes a model to measure the industry development index of industry cloud platform from the macro level and an assessment model for the maturity of enterprise industry cloud platform construction and operation from the micro level, and analyzes and looks forward to the future industry cloud development suggestions and other aspects.
