Research on Standardized Management and Whole Process Control Method of Environmental Conservation in Transmission Line Projects Based on the Practice of Ultra High Voltage Projects
Based on the standardized management system, construction characteristics and requirements for environmental conservation of ultra high voltage(UHV) projects, through the environmental conservation institutional system of plan preparation, special design, construction, acceptance and summary stages and organizational system of design, construction, supervision, monitoring, and acceptance units, standardized management and whole process control system of environmental conservation for the whole process of UHV engineering is built, which includes design, construction and acceptance stages. Meanwhile, suggestions on standardized management of environmental conservation is put forward according to key links of project, such as plan design, technical supervision, assessment and evaluation, acceptance summary, etc. And then informationize and intelligent auxiliary means is introduced to support the environmental conservation of UHV projects and provide reference for environmental conservation management of related transmission projects.
