IES Low-carbon Operation Strategy Based on Double Incentive GCT-CET Collaboration and Demand Response
Aiming at the green transformation of IES (Integrated Energy System) under the background of GCT (Green Certificate Trading)-CET (Carbon Emission Trading) market, an optimal operation strategy of IES based on GCT-CET collaboration and demand response is proposed. The green certificate-carbon quota collaborative potential under China certified emission reduction is analyzed, and a double incentive GCT-CET collaboration mechanism is proposed. Based on the response potential of flexible electric and heat load, an incentive demand response mechanism considering energy satisfaction is proposed. With the goal of minimizing daily cost, an IES optimal operation model based on GCT-CET collaboration and incentive demand response is established. Several scenes are set up for comparison, and the influence of double incentives GCT-CET collaboration coefficient on the number and price of GCT under double incentives is analyzed. The results of the case show that the proposed GCT-CET collaboration and demand response mechanism are helpful to give full play to the optimization potential of the source-load side of the system, realize the green and low-carbon operation of IES and improve the activity of the GCT market.
