Experimental Study on Sound Wave Analysis Using Active Noise Cancellation Techniques for a Helicopter Cabin Model
The primary goal of this study is to reduce high decibel noise levels while industrial working patterns are being followed. In high-noise environments, noise reduction is crucial to prevent hearing impairment, improve speech clarity, and lessen tiredness brought on by noise. The negative consequences of noise include decreased worker productivity and the possibility of accidents. Thus, the objective is to design noise cancellation device using an arm cortex processor for hardware configuration, and create the best feedback controllers for point-wise instances with feedback controller for reducing acoustic energy in an enclosure. Active noise cancellation (ANC) attenuates unwanted noise by creating an acoustic field that destructively interacts with the primary noise source. Both way, an ordinary loudspeaker is driven by the point-wise control signal, and the output of an ordinary pressure microphone serves as the controller's point-wise input. Using this device in a tight space can reduce the noise level by around 10dp. The arrangement of piezoelectric actuators demonstrates the potential of active noise cancellation, and the results imply that noise reduction levels is stronger in a closed chamber than in an open environment.
