Modeling and Simulation of Photovoltaic Power Generation system based on ATP-EMTP
With the development of renewable energy, photovoltaic (PV) power generation has been widely applied. To further ensure the effectiveness and quality of grid-connected PV technology applications, this paper uses the electromagnetic transient simulation software ATP-EMTP to model and simulate the PV power generation system. By calculating and analyzing the simulation-generated data, the feasibility and quality of gridconnected PV construction can be determined, evaluating whether it meets the expected operational performance. Specifically, this paper establishes a solar cell simulation model implemented using standard electrical components and MODELS language in ATP-EMTP, combined with a single-phase inverter, filter, and control system, to construct a simple PV power generation system. Subsequently, taking a commercially available PV panel as an example, the correctness of the established PV power generation system model is verified. This model enables the study of PV system performance under different conditions, providing a scientific basis for improving efficiency and reducing costs while also serving as a reference for practical engineering applications.
