Design and Analysis of Power Management Systems in Automotive Applications Using Basic Non-isolated Converters

The efficient management of power is crucial in automotive applications due to the increasing demand for advanced electronic systems. This paper explores the design, simulation, and analysis of basic non-isolated converters (buck, boost, and buck-boost) in automotive power management systems. The principle of operation, design, and efficiency is analyzed for each converter type through MATLAB simulation, and the benefits of DC-DC converters in automotive systems is discussed in this paper.

Abstract

The efficient management of power is crucial in automotive applications due to the increasing demand for advanced electronic systems. This paper explores the design, simulation, and analysis of basic non-isolated converters (buck, boost, and buck-boost) in automotive power management systems. The principle of operation, design, and efficiency is analyzed for each converter type through MATLAB simulation, and the benefits of DC-DC converters in automotive systems is discussed in this paper.
