Research on the Decomposition Method of Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard

The design of policy regimes plays an important role in promoting the development of renewable energy. Under the policy framework of China’s renewable energy consumption responsibility weighting, further disaggregation of provincial targets to the level of market players is of great significance for the implementation of renewable energy consumption responsibility weighting and the development of renewable energy. This paper proposes two specific programs for the decomposition of the weight of responsibility for renewable energy consumption into market entities, which provide theoretical references for the decomposition of the target of the weight of responsibility for renewable energy consumption in each province, and help the provinces to effectively decompose and implement the targets for renewable energy consumption, and promote the healthy and long-term development of the guarantee mechanism for renewable energy consumption.
