Simulation and Evaluation of the Provincial Integrated Energy System Planning
Energy planning refers to the scientific integration of supply and demand structure, the resource allocation optimization, and the reasonable arrangements for all aspects of the system including development, production, conversion, application and distribution. It’s an important way to ensure the balance between the supply and the demand, the energy security, the high-quality development of the economic and the green and low-carbon transformation of the energy system. This paper proposes a planning simulation method and its comprehensive evaluation index system for the provincial integrated energy system. First, the system composition is analyzed, and the quantitative evaluation indexes are proposed from the aspects of operation cost, energy efficiency, environmental impact and new energy consumption capacity. Then, considering the operating characteristics of various types of equipment, the simulation model and production operation simulation process are constructed. Finally, simulation analysis is carried out in the case study based on the data of a province to compare the performance of the system in different configurations and verify the validity of the simulation method and evaluation system for the comprehensive energy system planning.
