Multilingual Chatbot for Government Services

The rapid digital transformation of government services has indicated that there are important problems in making their communication accessible and fair across various languages and dialects. Multilingual chatbots deployed in public service environments become less adaptable to the finer linguistic necessities of different user groups and become less effective and inclusive as a result. To address this, our research presents an innovative bridge multilingual chatbot framework that fills these voids by integrating both official and local languages, thus providing wider reachability for all citizens. This research develops an advanced multilingual chatbot framework designed to support not only the official but also regional languages that enhance the accessibility of government services for all citizens. Using dynamic meta-learning, cross-lingual embeddings, and few-shot learning, our model adjusts in real time to low-resource languages and dialects, being responsive to local nuances. Test outcomes prove quantifiable accuracy enhancements of enhanced efficiency in intent to identification and user satisfaction, especially in every low-resource environment. Preliminary evaluations appear to yield considerable accuracy improvement and user satisfaction over current models, especially in low-resource settings. By utilizing these techniques, our framework goes beyond what is possible with the current approaches, achieving flexibility and contextual 35% accuracy that can be scalable, equitable, and culturally responsive in public administration. Future development will have language adaptability and advance real-time feedback integration to incrementally enhance service quality and user engagement.Future developments will aim to enhance languag e flexibility and incorporate sophisticated real-time queries feedback systems to and further enhance user interaction and service quality.
