Internet of Things-Based Real-Time Monitoring and Control System for Industrial Automation

There is therefore an enhanced system of monitoring of the industrial processes through the IoT's real-time control solutions for increased productivity across Automation. This combines the contemporaneous data processing and machine learning to enable Internet of Things based real-time automation and monitoring in industry automation The preprocessing stage of the sensor data is used noise filtering methods to remove error from the data to glean high quality inputs. To enhance dimensionality and control other sources of complexity within the model without loss of information, L1 regularisation selects the feature that is most relevant. The data classification within the proposed system utilizes Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks that are especially suitable for detecting temporal relationships and patterns in multivariate time-series data. Evaluation checks prove highly accurate, robust, and scalable using it to predict operational states and dynamic control with high precision. The above mentioned method shows how even the more conventional form of solutions through the IoT platform are capable of completely changing industrial automation for the better by enabling accurate real-time information for the purpose of optimization of operations.
