Offshore Wind Power Transmission Route Planning Method Based on Multi-Criteria Evaluation Framework
As offshore wind power expands into deeper and more distant offshore areas, long-distance power transmission faces multiple challenges, including complex seabed topography, stringent ecological constraints, and high lifecycle costs. Existing transmission path planning methods, while capable of optimizing single objectives, lack cross-domain collaboration and global optimization capabilities, making them prone to falling into local optimal traps. This study proposes a collaborative optimization framework integrating a multi-criteria evaluation mechanism with spatial modeling. By dynamically allocating weights to synthesize multidimensional data (geographical, ecological, economic, etc.) and combining hierarchical spatial modeling for global path optimization, the method employs an iterative strategy of “global coarse screening $\rightarrow$ local refinement” to balance computational efficiency and path rationality. An encrypted scoring algorithm ensures decision-making transparency, providing a systematic solution for efficient power transmission in complex marine environments.
