The Dual Impact of Hybrid Deep Learning Models: Exploring the Role of Stara Awareness in Mediating Employee Innovation in AI-Integrated Workplaces
As AI integration reshapes workplace dynamics, the adoption of hybrid deep learning models presents both opportunities and challenges for employee innovation. Through an empirical analysis of workplace adaptation, the study assesses the extent to which hybrid deep learning models foster or hinder innovation and how employees' awareness of AI-related disruptions mediates these effects. The findings aim to provide actionable insights for organizations navigating AI implementation, ensuring a balance between technological advancement and human-centric innovation strategies The study does leave room for further research due to its limitations, but it does make some important contributions. This study explores the dual impact of such models in AI-integrated work environments, focusing on their ability to enhance operational efficiency while also introducing cognitive and adaptability barriers. A critical mediating factor in this transformation is STARA Awareness-the psychological understanding of automation-related job displacement (Smart Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Automation). Instead than worrying about automation, we should be preparing workers for the future by giving them the skills they'll need to innovate. This research examines how STARA Awareness influences employees' capacity to leverage AI-driven tools for creative problem-solving and innovation.
