Deep Learning-Driven Preference Models for Biomedical Image Retrieval Systems
Medical image indexing and retrieval is a vital auxiliary tool in healthcare delivery systems through increasing diagnoses and research efficiency. Conventional models acted poorly when it came to scalability and relevance, hence the push for deep learning solutions. This area suggests a preference-based retrieval approach that implements user-specific priority using such metrics as normalized Discounted Cumulated Gain (DCG). It evaluated the proposed framework utilizing numerous biomedical datasets, with 97.8% retrieval precision, 92:4 mean average precision, F 1 rating of 0.97, and a query latency of 12.4ms. Compared to prior methods the results are much higher and the functions are more scalable and clinically relevant.
