AI-Powered Predictive Analytics in Financial Forecasting: Implications for Real-Time Reporting Adoption

This study examines how predictive analytics driven by artificial intelligence (AI) is changing forecasting is easy to in the domains of risk administration and company planning. The research assesses how effectively these technologies anticipate financial outcomes by thoroughly reviewing the body of current literature and comparing different AI approaches, such as machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), and hybrid models. The results are unambiguous: sophisticated models that can successfully recognize intricate financial trends and patterns, such as convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and recurrent neural networks (RNNs), perform better than traditional methods of statistics. Additionally, the study presents a novel hybrid model that combines ML and DL capabilities, improving predicting accuracy as seen by noticeably lower mean squared error (MSE) values that current options. This research explores the practical effects of integrating AI into business financial plans, going beyond mathematical modeling. It outlines how businesses can apply these tools to improve decision-making and proactively manage risks. With detailed comparisons supported by mathematical models and algorithmic frameworks, this paper offers actionable insights for both academic researchers and financial professionals looking to leverage AI for smarter, more strategic planning.
