LA MOBILISATION DE LA JEUNESSE AFRICAINE FACE AUX DEFIS DE DEVELOPPEMENT

Abstract : Bringing together young people in order to help them understand the major issues for the development of Africa constitutes one of the vitalities for a better tomorrow for the continent. This is why the aim of this article is to position African youth as the main archetype and promoter of new strategies for the development of Africa in all its compartments (United Nations report 2016, 15). Africa is below development standards compared to other continents in the world. The various data exposed during the deployment of this article aim to lift this African youth into other spheres. It is mainly characterized by an educational problem which does not promote better employability and we propose entrepreneurship to resolve these notorious difficulties. Qualitative research and various field interviews allowed us to understand that sport, cultures and religions constitute, among other things, the different points of grouping of the latter. African youth represent 77% of the continent’s population, and we offer personal development so that they can know themselves and each orient themselves in their sector of natural predilections. This will ensure that young Africans immersed in new technologies are in line with the United Nations global development plan. One of the results of this research work is the awareness of young people in Africa. As a manager of information and communication sciences, another result of scientific work is the optimal organization of youth in order to put in place new perspectives which will generate new dynamics. Keys words : Youth, mobilization, development, Africa, strategies.
