La diáspora hispanohablante en la India: Expansión, influencia y retos de las barreras lingüísticas
In recent decades; India has been subject to a growing global migration which, though modest, includes a notable Spanish-speaking population that has settled in large cities. This study, which combines surveys and interviews with reliefs in a mixed methods approach, assesses the language conflicts and the social, cultural and employment problems these migrants find themselves in, as well as the techniques they use to overcome them, such as learning the language, creating community or social networks and so on. The conclusions claim, the accent needs to include competitive cross-culturalisation for effective integration, appreciating the business and cultural exchange building blocks of the Hispanic-Indian community, and enriching the income between the two communities.
