Իրավական համակարգի կայունության չափանիշները / Criteria of Stability of the Legal System
The article examines the stability of legal systems in transitional states. It emphasizes that stability is one of the key characteristics of a legal system, which largely depends on social, economic and political factors. The concepts of stability and resilience, their differences and interrelations, as well as the necessary conditions for ensuring the stability of legal systems are discussed in depth. The article reflects on how transitional conditions affect legal stability and what challenges arise in this process. Moreover, it is noted that the stability and effectiveness of a legal system depend not only on the force of legislative acts, but also on the real state of social relations, the degree of their acceptance and the level of perception of legal norms by the public consciousness. The article also addresses the fact that the stability of a legal system should be the result of natural-historical processes, and artificial stability cannot be long-term. The systemic connection of internal and external factors is important for the formation of the stability of a legal system, as well as the diversity of the legal system, which can contribute to the representation of different social interests in public life and protection. Thus, the stability of the legal system requires a comprehensive approach that must take into account both legal and non-legal factors, as well as the specific socio-economic and political conditions of society.
