Investigation on the Current Situation of Elderly Care for the Elderly of Rural Ethnic Minorities—A Case Study of G Village, Longli County, Guizhou Province

随着我国老龄化程度不断加深，西部地区少数民族老人的养老问题日益凸显，这一重要民生问题如何解决关乎乡村振兴战略实施的成功，同时对于健全和优化我国的养老保障体系具有至关重要的意义。当前，农村少数民族地区老人面临养老保障水平低、生活负担重、精神生活匮乏、养老服务体系发展缓慢等困境。农村社会保障制度不健全、经济发展落后、青壮年劳动力大量流失及农村养老服务体系不完善是造成农村少数民族老人养老困境的主要原因。基于此，本文以贵州省龙里县G村苗族和布依族老年人的养老问题作为切入点并采取对应的解决措施，完善农村一系列的保障制度，促进农村经济发展，完善基础设施，倡导社会关爱、互助养老等，促进农村少数民族老人养老质量提高。At present, the aging degree of China is deepening, and the pension problem faced by ethnic minority areas is becoming increasingly prominent. The slow development of the pension service system in ethnic minority areas is restricted by economic, cultural and other factors. As a multi-ethnic province, Guizhou Province is of vital significance for improving and optimizing China’s old-age security system by properly solving the old-age problem of its ethnic minority groups. This paper takes the pension problem of Miao and Buyi elderly in G Village, Longli County, Guizhou Province as the starting point, and deeply analyzes the challenges faced by the elderly in ethnic minority areas, aiming to explore a pension model that is closer to the actual needs of the elderly in rural minority areas, so as to enhance the happiness and quality of life of this group.
