Cluster System Tools: Theory and Practice

The article focuses on the development of the theory and methodology of the cluster approach at the regional level. To confirm and consolidate the obtained patterns, a practical interpretation of the presented statistical information is provided within the framework of the subjects of the forest complex (LPC). Cluster models tested for LPC enterprises confirm the possibility of their application in the formation of a sustainable development strategy. The methods of the theory of statistical information and modeling of evolutionary, synergetic, morphological, socio-economic approaches, as well as methods of summarizing and grouping. The author's models of the development of the theory of territorial industrial clusters have been obtained and can be taken as the basis for creating a higher level of economic development of the LPC based on technological innovations. It is proved that in the process of introducing advanced technologies, new solutions are in high demand in this industry, since the forest complex is not always realistically amenable to modernization within the framework of management and process decision-making. Today, the industry is partly in the format of a dualism of production activities. This is manifested in the format of the functions of forestry and wood processing.
