Investigation and Research on Mine Ecological Remodeling and Green

Driven by the dual goals of the "dual carbon" strategy and Chinese-style modernization, mine ecological restoration faces a synergistic dilemma characterized by tightening ecological constraints, rising livelihood demands, and inefficient technological transformation. This study aims to address the contradiction among "restoration effectiveness, economic growth, and public well-being" by constructing a cross-scale analytical framework of "micro-level behavioral mechanisms – macro-level system evolution" through the integration of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and System Dynamics Modeling (SDM). Using SEM, the study reveals the chain transmission mechanism of "mining perception → ecological perception → compensation and employment → restoration expectations → life satisfaction". It finds that residents are significantly more sensitive to economic compensation and employment support than to short-term environmental improvements, and that restoration expectations enhance life satisfaction through "empowerment during the process", especially among young people. Furthermore, SDM simulations confirm the dynamic synergy of "restoration for carbon sink enhancement – industrial substitution – livelihood improvement". Finally, the study proposes a triadic policy framework of "full-lifecycle supervision – carbon sink assetization – technology adaptability innovation" to activate a market-oriented long-term mechanism and digital governance tools, thereby promoting the systemic transformation of ecological benefits into socio-economic value. The study's innovation lies in the first-time integration of SEM and SDM models, offering a Chinese solution with both theoretical depth and practical applicability for the complex governance of mine restoration, and contributing a methodological paradigm to Chinese-style modernization and global sustainable development.
