Path Analysis of Setting up Cross-Border E-Commerce Comprehensive Test Area to Drive Enterprise Digital Transformation

在数字经济与全球贸易深度融合的背景下，我国跨境电商综试区的设立成为推动企业数字化转型的重要政策创新。本文探讨设立跨境电商综试区对企业数字化转型的作用机制及实施路径。研究发现，跨境电商综试区通过政策创新突破政策壁垒、技术赋能构建数字基础设施、生态协同重塑产业关系三重机制，为企业数字化转型提供系统化支持。然而，当前企业数字化转型仍面临内生动力不足、资金技术双重约束、专业人才结构性短缺及产业链协同薄弱等现实困境，导致数字化转型进程受阻。对此，跨境电商综试区未来应通过系统性重构数字化转型驱动力、打造金融技术共享平台、构建全链条人才生态体系以及搭建数字化产业共同体驱动企业数字化转型。Under the background of the deep integration of digital economy and global trade, the establishment of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test area in China has become an important institutional innovation to promote the digital transformation of enterprises. This paper discusses the mechanism and implementation path of the establishment of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test area for enterprise digital transformation. Research shows that cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones provide systematic support for enterprises’ digital transformation through three mechanisms: policy innovation to break through policy barriers, technology empowerment to build digital infrastructure, and ecosystem collaboration to reshape industrial relationships. However, at present, the digital transformation of enterprises is still faced with the dual constraints of endogenous power, capital and technology. The structural shortage of professionals and the weak coordination of industrial chain lead to the obstruction of the process of digital transformation. In this regard, in the future, the cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test area should systematically reconstruct the driving force of digital transformation, build a financial technology sharing platform, build the whole chain talent ecosystem and build the digital industry community to drive the digital transformation of enterprises.
