Research on Strategies for Enhancing Psychological Quality of Primary and Secondary School Students under Home-School-Community Collaborative Education

家校社协同育人是建设教育强国的重要要求，对促进青少年健康成长发挥着重要作用。通过对天津市各区的中小学教师、社区工作者、社会资源单位工作人员进行调研，发现目前家校社协同育人在运行制度、支持保障、工作能力、家校互信等方面遭遇困境，结合“教联体”建设，从体制机制建立和教育主体培训两大方面提出对策。Home-school-community collaborative education is a key requirement for building a strong education system and plays a vital role in promoting the healthy growth of adolescents. Through surveys of primary and secondary school teachers, community workers, and staff from social resource organizations in various districts of Tianjin, this study identifies challenges in the current collaborative education system, including issues related to operational mechanisms, support guarantees, working capabilities, and home-school trust. Combining the construction of an “education consortium,” the research proposes countermeasures from two aspects: the establishment of institutional mechanisms and training for educational stakeholders.
