Biofertilizers for improving root formation based on the conversion of natural biocenoses

The article presents comparative aspects of saprophytic microflora growth during aerobic fermentation of native biogeocenosis with addition of meadow hay and straw in the technology of bioorganic fertilizers and bioconversion of plant waste. The composition of soil microbiota in the process of bioconversion of plant waste is analyzed. An increase in bioconversion is revealed during preliminary preparation of organic waste using generation of low- and high-intensity cavitation action. The use of cavitation, along with the destruction of pathogenic microflora on the substrate, made it possible to significantly accelerate the processes of organic waste processing due to significant destruction of the bonds of the lignocellulosic complex. Technological achievements in the biotransformation of the lignocellulosic complex of agricultural waste into humic substances are described. In the process of developing the technology of bioorganic fertilizer, biomass residues were studied for the accumulation of organic matter and utilization of the original raw materials. The results showed that dry matter accumulates in the aerated culture liquid, 47.2% of which is organic compounds, while the weight of decomposing straw in the culture liquid decreases. An analysis of biofertilizer testing on spring wheat sprouts is presented. A growth- stimulating effect of root formation (more than 3 times) is shown on experimental samples already at the earliest stages of plant growth, expressed in the development of the root system - an increase in length and mass, which is especially important in drought conditions - increases resistance to abiotic stress and root rot.
