MECHANISMS OF LEGAL ENSURANCE OF LABOR SAFETY IN UNITED TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES

The main aspects of regulatory and legal support for occupational safety in the conditions of functioning of territorial communities of Ukraine are considered. The current legislation in the field of occupational safety is analyzed, in particular the role of local authorities in ensuring proper working conditions. The main problems of law enforcement at the local level are identified and ways of solving them are proposed, taking into account modern challenges and reforms of local self-government.
