Solution-Driven Epitaxial Structure Formation of the Delafossite CuCrO2 Thin Film
The need for premium p-type transparent conductive oxide thin films is fueled by the advancement of transparent electronic technologies. In this study, we report the solution-based fabrication of high-quality CuCrO2 thin films. Chemical solution deposition was used to create high-quality epitaxial CuCrO2 thin films by adjusting the solvent ratio of the precursor. Compared to thin films made with other ratios, the optimized epitaxial CuCrO2 thin film has a better surface microstructure, reduced sheet resistance, and improved optical transmittance. The research findings will drive the study of low-cost chemical solution deposition for the fabrication of high-quality epitaxial thin films.
