THE SIGNIFICANCE OF INSTRUMENTAL METHODS IN SWIMMING POOL WATER QUALITY CONTROL AND PUBLIC HEALTH
Quality control of swimming pool water is crucial for protecting public health due to potential risks of infections. This process involves regular measurement of physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters, utilizing modern instrumental methods such as spectrophotometry, ion-selective electrodes, and gas chromatography. The legal framework in Serbia ensures standards for water safety, and pool owners bear responsibility for water quality. Advancements in analytical techniques and the introduction of automated systems represent key steps toward enhancing safety and hygienic standards in swimming pool facilities.
