Features and Implementation of DarkLens: A Conceptual Tool for Advancing Open Source Intelligence(OSINT) through Dark Web

For those working in cybersecurity and law enforcement, the dark web is an essential source of intelligence because it is a secret section of the internet that houses forums, marketplaces, and illegal activity. Conventional OSINT technologies ignore the dark web’s rich and unrealised potential in favour of concentrating mostly on surface and deep web data. To close this gap, a conceptual OSINT tool “DarkLens” is presented in this article. The suggested technology seeks to improve the breadth, depth, and precision of intelligence collection by incorporating dark web data into OSINT procedures.
