The Impact of Human-AI Collaboration on User Satisfaction: The Role of Trust

This study examines the impact of users' multidimensional trust on satisfaction in human-machine collaboration. Through an experiment, we find that collaboration enhances learned and dispositional trust, boosting satisfaction. High situational trust further increases satisfaction. This research enriches the trust model, deepens understanding of trust mechanisms, and offers empirical evidence and practical guidance for enhancing user satisfaction in human-machine collaboration services.
