Secure Digital Communication: Embedding and IoT-based Intelligent Cattle Feeding Monitoring Systems

Implementation of Internet of Things (IoT)-Based Cattle Feed Monitoring in smart farming is revolutionizing livestock management through an automated, efficient, and data-driven process. In this article, an IoT-Based Cattle Feed Monitoring enabled smart monitoring system for cattle feed with an alert mechanism is proposed to provide solutions for feed level tracking, water monitoring, and feeding trends in real time. The objective of this research is to develop an affordable, scalable solution to complement cattle care and resource use through timely reminders and usable insights. The system uses IoT-based sensors to detect feed or water shortages or abnormal feeding patterns, triggering notifications to a central server for continuous monitoring. Farmers receive immediate notifications via mobile alerts, allowing for instant intervention. With the support of automated monitoring and quicker response times, the proposed system improves farm operating efficiency, animal health, and sustainable farming.
