The Review Of Patient Medical Record Data Security On The Primary Application Care At Pabuaran Health Center, Serang District Year 2023

Based on the research conducted, there is data entry outside of PPK 1 (First Level Healthcare Services) for outpatient patients, which reduces the capitation rate of the community health center. Additionally, staff members use the same password and username to enter patient data, making it vulnerable to manipulation. The purpose of the study is toidentify the security of patient medical record data in the primary care application based on aspects of Authentication, Authorization, Integrity, and Audit Trails. This is a descriptive qualitative study. The population in this study comprises all 50 employees of the Pabuaran Community Health Center. The sample in this study includes the Head of the Community Health Center, IT Staff, and Registration Officers, totaling 4 people. Data collection techniques used are interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that the security of patient medical record data in the P-Care application is inadequate in terms of Authentication because the same username and password are used. In terms of Authorization, it is also inadequate because each section can access not only the menus within their authority. The Integrity aspect is adequate as the processed data is correct, but there is still data entry outside the first healthcare facility. The Audit Trails aspect is adequate as all activities are recorded chronologically in the system. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the security level of patient medical record data is not fully maintained. Staff members can still access all menus, not according to their authority, and there is still data entry outside the first healthcare facility, which affects the capitation rate of the community health center. It is recommended to add a username and password. For system users, they should only access based on their authority so that there is no input outside of PPK 1. It is hoped that if maintenance occurs, it will function properly so that they can directly access P-Care.
