Bisnis Keluarga Dari Aspek Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI) Dan Hukum Perusahaan

The aim of this research is to study the perspective of family-managed businesses from the perspective of Intellectual Property Rights and company law, both of which have several categories and their respective legal systems. This research is normative legal research or library research, which examines document studies, namely using various secondary data. The results of the study show that a family business starts from making an idea and then becomes a product based on Intellectual Property Rights. So, the results of this idea which are under the auspices of Intellectual Property Rights law need to be preserved first because they will become goods or products that contain many rights which will be controlled by the creator of the work or IPR holder. Then for families, especially husbands and wives who build a business as a company, in general they are required to have a marriage agreement to separate assets, because as long as the marriage becomes joint property, there will be a fusion of assets in the marriage, so that the husband and wife are considered one legal subject as if they were one person, as a result husband and wife cannot set up a company such as Commanditaire Vennotschaap or a limited liability company.
