Implementasi Kerjasama RUDENIM dan IOM dalam Manajemen Pengungsi: Studi Kasus Kota Pekanbaru

The emergence of international organizations is needed in the framework of cooperation to adjust and find solutions to determine welfare and solve various common problems and reduce problems that arise in the world. One of the problems that still often occurs is the problem of refugees. Indonesia, as a transit country for many refugees, is working with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the Immigration Detention Center (Rudenim) in dealing with this issue. The researcher uses a qualitative type of research with a descriptive method. Based on the research that has been carried out, the results obtained show that the cooperation between the Immigration Detention Center (Detention Center) and IOM (International Organization for Migration) in the city of Pekanbaru is running quite effectively inovercoming various problems related to refugees. This effectiveness is reflected in good coordination between the two institutions, the provision of assistance for refugees, and the implementation of policies in accordance with applicable regulations.
