Implementasi Kebijakan Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) Pada Masyarakat Miskin Di Kelurahan Air Dingin Kecamatan Bukit Raya

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) policy for the poor in Air Dingin Village, Bukit Raya District. BLT is a social assistance program from the government that aims to reduce the economic impact on the underprivileged. However, in its implementation, various obstacles were found, such as inaccurate recipient targets, lack of socialization, and minimal coordination between the central government, regional governments, and implementers at the village level. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to describe in depth how the BLT policy is implemented and the challenges faced. The results of the study indicate that factors such as unclear standards and policy targets, limited human and financial resources, and weak supervision and communication between agencies are obstacles to the effectiveness of the program. In addition, there are still recipients who do not meet the criteria, while some people who are entitled do not receive assistance. Based on these findings, this study recommends improvements in the recipient data collection mechanism, increased coordination between agencies, and strengthened transparency and accountability in the BLT distribution process. Thus, it is hoped that the BLT policy can be more targeted and provide optimal impacts on the welfare of the poor in Air Dingin Village.
