Thoracic Aneurysmal Bone Cyst with Spinal Cord Compression Managed with Arterial Embolization
Our report demonstrates that it is possible to achieve successful spinal cord decompression solely through SAE, offering a less invasive approach without the need for surgery. The use of SAE in this specific group of patients (symptomatic spinal cord compression without spinal deformity/instability) might be a safe and effective alternative to surgery.
