LEGAL CONSOLIDATION OF TARGETS, ORGANISATION AND PROCEDURE FOR CONDUCTING INDUSTRIAL OBSERVATIONS IN THE FIELD OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, RATIONAL (SUSTAINABLE) USE OF NATURAL RESOURCES

The article reveals the issues of legal consolidation of targets, organisation and procedure of industrial observations in the field of environmental protection, rational (sustainable) use of natural resources in the implementation of economic and other activities. It is concluded that this environmental protection measure is an established element of environmental support of economic and other activities at the stage of implementing design and other decisions. It is proposed to consider their targets in the context of verification activities of specialists and the environmental protection tool as a whole. It is established that the legal status of employees of the environmental protection service is more certain than that of environmental protection specialists and employees entrusted with environmental protection and industrial observations. The main stages of industrial observations are highlighted. Proposals for improving their legal consolidation are formulated.
