CONCEPT LEGAL PROPERTIES OF CONSTITUTIONAL VALUES

The main legal properties inherent in constitutional values are investigated. On the basis of legal doctrine, legislation and legal practice, such legal properties of these values as historicity, universality and recognition, stability and renewal, perspectiveness, normativity, supremacy, hierarchy, interrelationship and interdependence, concentration, inalienable connection with macrovalues are derived and substantiated. The essence of each legal property is revealed.

Abstract

The main legal properties inherent in constitutional values are investigated.
