Administrative and Legal Regulation of The Provision of Public Services in Electronic Form

This paper discusses the legal and administrative mechanisms underpinning the offering of public services in electronic format. As technology accelerates its development, governments globally are embracing digital platforms for their ability to disseminate services efficiently and transparently. The research identifies the need for robust regulation that addresses the availability, security, and accountability of electronic public services.
