The article aims to highlight the importance of quality assurance in education as an essential factor for the development of a high-performance and inclusive educational system. By analyzing the principles, processes and benefits of quality assurance, the article aims to highlight its role in improving the performance of educational institutions, in promoting the equity and accessibility of education, as well as in adapting them to the requirements of modern society and the labour market. At the same time, emphasis is placed on the need for an approach that integrates continuous assessment, collaboration between the actors involved and the efficient use of resources, in order to guarantee high standards of quality and sustainability in education.
