Construction of Ideological and Political Education in for Management Majored International Students in China—Taking the Course of “Human Resource Management” as an Example

来华留学生课程思政是来华留学生课堂教学的高阶形式，管理类来华留学生课程思政建设的目标在于通过课堂上专业课程知识和思政内容的融合，培养管理类来华留学生理解“中国好故事”，认同“中国好做法”，能够弘扬“中国好理念”。本文首先构建了包含教学实施、课程资源积累和课程规则设置的管理类来华留学生课程思政体系，然后以“人力资源管理”这一课程的思政教学为例，阐明了具体的实施过程与方法，可为管理类来华留学生课程思政建设提供有益的参考。The ideological and political education is a high-level teaching for international students in China. The goal of the ideological and political education construction for international students in China who major in management is to cultivate their understanding of “China’s good stories”, recognition of “China’s good practices”, and promotion of “China’s good ideas” through the integration of professional knowledge and ideological and political content in the classroom. First, this paper constructs an ideological and political education system which includes teaching implementation, course resources accumulation and setting course principles. Then, the ideological and political education of the course “Human Resource Management” is taken as an example, and the specific implementation process and methods are explained, which can provide useful reference for the ideological and political education construction for international students in China.
