Influence of Anti-Russian Sanctions on the Labor Market in the IT-Sphere
Today, the Russian economy as a whole, and the labor market in certain areas, is experiencing increasingly noticeable pressure from sanctions. In the framework of this study, the authors attempted an objective assessment of the labor market in the IT sector of the domestic economy. Statements by top managers of Russian companies about the quality and quantity of available specialists and potential graduates raise some concerns that the market will experience problems for some time. In order to ensure the sustainability of this market, in this study we consistently assessed the professional training of graduates of Russian universities in IT specialties, the professional standards of a programmer, implementation specialist, system analyst, and IT architect. The system of training IT specialists is analyzed on the basis of training standards for secondary and higher education, their continuity and adaptability. Much attention is paid to the skills acquired — basic and advantage. The analyst has developed in matters of employment of graduates, taking into account the number of open vacancies on the hh.ru and Avito portals according to existing requirements and variability in the cost of remuneration. It has been determined which vacancies are most suitable for a graduate and what additional soft-skills and hard-skills an applicant for the highest-paid positions should have.
