Methods and Measures for Improving the Technical Service System of Trucks Based on a Cyber-Physical Approach and the Development of Scientific and Technical Documentation of its Operations

The article is devoted to the information support system for carrying out technical maintenance operations, technical diagnostics and current repairs of trucks at technical service enterprises. The issue of integrating scientific and technical documentation for carrying out technological operations of technical service of trucks, according to the principles of the cyber-physical approach, a single information space, is considered. New possibilities of the technical service system of trucks with the development of intelligent information technologies and the cyber-physical approach, when a single information space is formed, are clarified. The relationship of regulatory and documentary and information support with the tasks of technical service of trucks is given. It is determined that their share in the entire technological process of technical service is on average 40%, and the developed information base leads to a reduction in its duration by 20%. A scheme for implementing a system for managing the technical condition of trucks is developed. The role of the operator in the efficiency and reliability of the provision of technical service operations and the growth of requirements in the case of including the technical service system in the unified information space of the cyber-physical system are shown. It is determined that the effectiveness of the information database depends on its structure, number and composition of automated workplaces. The information support system for technical maintenance and technical diagnostics, the methodology for creating an information system using the cyber-physical approach of the unified information space are clarified. The influence of such a space and artificial intelligence methods of decision-making on the quality of technical service services for trucks is shown. It is established that intranet and Internet technologies with the transition to network computer technologies provide operational accounting of information, which contributes to increasing the efficiency of technical maintenance and repair work at road transport enterprises and technical service enterprises with a significant reduction in labor costs. A version of the "AutoCatalog" program has been developed, which is a reference and information system and concerns trucks, their design and technological operations of technical service.
