Further evaluation of the selected data was performed using MS Excel and VOSviewer. Results: Among the 16 articles included, the year with the most publications was 2021 ( n = 4, 25%); the International Endodontic Journal ( n = 5, 31%) and Restorative Dentistry and Endodontics ( n = 3, 18.75%) highlighted as the journals with the highest quantity of publications. The authors with the most contributions were Paras Ahmad ( n = 4, 25%) and Paul Dummer ( n = 4, 25%). Malaysia ( n = 3, 18.7%), Brazil ( n = 2, 12.5%), and Turkey ( n = 2, 12.5%) were the leading countries and Universiti Sains Malaysia ( n = 3, 18.75%) was the institution with the highest number of publications. General endodontics was the most recurrent topic ( n = 7, 43.75%), followed by vital pulp therapy ( n = 2, 12.5%). Web of Science ( n = 13, 81.25%) and Scopus ( n = 8, 50%) were the most used databases. Among the keywords, the most used were “bibliometrics” and “endodontics.” Conclusion: This bibliometric analysis revealed the characteristics of the publications that have listed the most-cited articles in endodontics.
