The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the economic factors influencing the achievement of SDG 4 in Kazakhstan, with an emphasis on the role of financing, resource allocation and interaction between the public and private sectors. According to the SDG 2024 rating, Kazakhstan retained its position in 66th place, but the dynamics of SDG 4 is negative, which indicates a slowdown in progress in this area.
