VOCATIONAL TRAINING OF HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS AS A TOOL FOR ADAPTATION OF THE PERSONNEL POLICY OF FOOD INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

The peculiarities of professional training of higher education applicants as a tool for adaptation of human resources policy of food industry in a digital economy are considered. The level of development of digital skills of graduates operating at the food industry has been analyzed. The analysis of personnel prospects of food industry enterprises in the digital economy was carried out, among the most promising the development of digital competencies, integration of artificial intelligence, dual education and development of flexible forms of employment were revealed.
