IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LOGGING PRODUCTS THROUGH THE VERIFICATION OF MEASURING INSTRUMENTS

The article discusses the urgent problem of improving the quality of logging products and the efficiency of logging enterprises. The necessity of regular verification of measuring instruments (SI) is substantiated to ensure the accuracy of timber parameters, reduce losses and optimize production processes. The research results demonstrating the effect of SI verification on the accuracy of measuring the volume, length, diameter and moisture content of wood are presented. It is concluded that regular SI verification is an important factor in increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in the logging industry.
