Analysis of the results of treatment of a patient with a facial nerve tumor

The article discusses a clinical case of an intratemporal tumor of the facial nerve, the picture of which may be smoothed or implicit. The aim of the study is to analyze the features of the clinical manifestations and the results of surgical treatment of the patient. The patient's complaints, preoperative examination parameters are given, and the course of surgical treatment is described in detail - removal of facial nerve neoplasm with autograft plastic surgery and simultaneous tympanoplasty. The analysis of early and long-term results of treatment and rehabilitation of the patient is carried out.
