RESEARCH ON THE IMPACT OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE ENGINEERS ON THE HUMAN RESOURCES OF MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

The study presents the impact of professional training of future engineers on the staffing of processing enterprises in the context of digital transformation. The problems of staffing of processing enterprises are outlined, namely: shortage of qualified personnel, low level of digital literacy, differences in the content of educational programs from the requirements of employers and problems of adapting professional training. An analysis of personnel problems at food industry enterprises in the context of digital transformation is carried out. The results of the level of influence of digital skills of future engineers on demand in the labor market are presented
