ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECTS OF WOOD PROCESSING

The article examines the environmental aspects of wood processing. The problems associated with the wood processing process and its impact on the ecological state of the environment are highlighted. A solution to these problems is proposed using complex approaches, which include increasing the level of processing, stimulating reuse, legislative initiative, and using more environmentally friendly production methods. The possibility of using a full processing cycle, including wood residues from which it is possible to produce biomass, processing wood boards and other products, promoting more rational use is also considered.
