The Existential Essence of Business

The relevance of existentialism in business is an interesting and to some extent non-standard approach, which is becoming increasingly important today in the context of the global changes in the society, new challenges in the management and the profound transformation of corporate cultures. Existentialism, a philosophy that focuses on personal freedom, responsibility, and the search for meaning in life, can be very useful for business, especially in times of crisis, uncertainty, and change. Entrepreneurial culture, as a method of reproducing the professional and individual qualities of a business person, along with business ethics and business communication, primarily includes business philosophy. It is business philosophy that represents and expresses the essence and content of business, explains its spirit of innovation and achievement of results, although this area is not given sufficient attention in the scientific literature when studying entrepreneurial culture. The main focus is on the business communication technologies, effective ways of obtaining benefits, sales growth and marketing. Keywords: Business, Manager, Philosophy, Psychology, Existentialism, Ethics, Morality.
